How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by product and destination. Estimated delivery time is listed on each product page. Most orders arrive within 7–25 business days, but some deliveries may take longer depending on location and carrier conditions.

Why is delivery different for each product?
Different products may ship from different fulfillment locations and may use different carriers. That’s why delivery times can vary from one product to another.

Do you provide tracking?
Tracking may be available depending on the product and destination. If tracking is available, we will send it once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment confirmation.

Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always. Some orders may arrive in multiple packages on different days depending on item availability and shipping routes.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
In most cases, no. Once an order begins processing, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your product selection, size/color, and shipping address before completing checkout.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.

What if my package is delayed?
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen due to carriers, holidays, weather, and other factors outside our control. Delays are not grounds for cash refunds.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer cash refunds to the original payment method. Please review the product listing carefully before ordering.

Can I return an item?
We do not accept physical returns. Customers should not send items back unless we specifically authorize it in writing.

Do you offer store credit? How does it work?
In eligible cases, we may issue store credit:
- equal to the product value (excluding shipping/handling)
- non-transferable
- not redeemable for cash
- subject to an expiration date stated at issuance
Store credit approval is based on review and eligibility.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- contact us within 7 days of delivery
- provide clear photo or video proof
If approved, we will send a free replacement. No return is required.
